A. SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

  • Free Standard Shipping via USPS:
    Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $45.
    (No minimum requirement for free shipping; all USA orders are shipped free via USPS.)
  • Expedited Shipping via FedEx:
    Expedited shipping is available for $35 via FedEx.
    This option ensures faster delivery for those who need their orders sooner.

B. PROCESSING TIME & TRANSIT

  • Order Processing:
    Order processing and handling take 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
    Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Transit Time:
    • USPS Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
    • FedEx Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

C. SHIPPING CARRIER
We primarily use USPS for all standard shipments.
Expedited shipments are delivered via FedEx.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Address changes may only be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact us at [insert your customer service email] with your order number and updated address. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

E. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package until it is delivered.

G. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
